Katje Mcintyre

Katrina (Katje) McIntyre was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She grew up in Wilmington Delaware, where she attended Tower Hill School and earned her BFA from Macalester College in St. Paul Minnesota.

 

Following the tradition of her mother, who was also an artist, Katje has been painting her entire life. She has shown in the Tamarack Gallery in Stillwater Minnesota and the Adirondack Art Association Gallery in Essex, New York, where she has a summer home.

 

Katje enjoys landscapes, old architecture, barns, farm animals, dogs…actually pretty much any subject matter. She’s all about “the colors…”
